While we’re happy to talk to you over the phone, current patients no longer need to call Capital Region Women’s Care to schedule many of your appointments at our practice. Self-schedule your next appointment whenever it’s convenient for you, from anywhere.
Here’s what you can now book online, anytime:
- Annual Exam – Is it time for your annual check-up? Choose the Annual Exam appointment to schedule.
- Medication Injection – Are you due for medication injections including birth control, hormone injections, etc? Choose the Injection appointment to schedule.
- Problem Visit – Need to address something new or check in on an existing concern (other than a UTI)? Choose the Problem Visit appointment to schedule with a provider.
- UTI – Do you need to be assessed for urinary tract infection (UTI) symptoms? Choose the UTI Symptoms appointment to schedule.

Mobile Check-In
Several days before your scheduled appointment, you’ll receive a text/email with a link to check in before your visit. Many of your forms can be completed on your smartphone, tablet or computer on your own time before you even come to our office. That means fewer paper forms to fill out!
